Refund and Cancellation Policy
Boopho LLP, (hereinafter also referred to as “Boopho”, “Company”, “we”, “our” or “us”) operates https://www.boopho.com/ including the related mobile site (hereinafter referred to as “Website”) is committed to our Customer (“You” or “Your”) satisfaction.
Refunds shall not be provided solely on the basis of personal preferences, specifically related to disliking a photo. Our refund policy does not accommodate subjective factors such as individual taste or aesthetic preferences. We encourage customers to carefully consider their choices before making a purchase, as the decision to refund will not be influenced by subjective opinions.
CANCELLATION
The customer may initiate cancellations of photography services booked through the Boopho platform but percentage of refund will be decided by Boopho.
If a photographer cancels a confirmed booking due to unforeseen circumstances, the customer will be entitled to a full refund. Boopho will work to provide alternative photographers, but if no suitable replacement is found, the refund will be processed.
Process for cancellations
Before the event, customers must initiate a refund by requesting cancellation through the Boopho platform in accordance with the terms mentioned above. They should provide detailed reasons for the request along with any supporting proof (if any).
REFUND
Refunds will be processed within 3 days of the approval of the refund request. The refund amount will be automatically credited to your original payment method within 7 business days.
Please remember it may take some time for your bank to process and post the refund. If you haven’t received a refund yet, first recheck your bank account, as processing times may vary.
If more than 20 business days have passed since we approved your return, you’ve done everything mentioned above and you still have not received your refund yet. Please contact us at admin@boopho.com.
PHOTOGRAPHER UNAVAILABILITY
If the selected photographer becomes unavailable for a confirmed booking due to unforeseen circumstances, Boopho will make reasonable efforts to provide a replacement photographer of similar skill and expertise. If a suitable replacement cannot be found, Boopho will facilitate a full refund to the customer.
AMENDMENT
The Company reserves the right to alter or amend this policy at any time without prior notice. By continuing to use the service, customers accept these terms as binding and agree to comply with them.
